Avocado Salad




















Avocado salad is tasty, filling and extremely healthy...
I serve it as a side dish when I cook tacos, tostadas, or even
as a snack with blue corn chips. My mom serves something
similar but this is my version....

Ingredients:

1 large avocado
1 large tomato
1/2 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 handful of fresh spinach (finely chopped)
garlic powder
salt & pepper

Mix everything together and serve cold.
